Check to ensure the Facebook Business Page URL you provided in the order form or in your Settings is typed/copied correctly.

This depends on many factors regarding the area of your property. We cannot guarantee a set number of views (impressions), clicks or leads of an advertisement on Facebook since every advertisement will be shown to a very specific, geographically & demographically-identified audience, and not every area has the same number of people.

Navigate to the ‘Settings’ section (gear icon) and scroll down until you see the Social Ads URL field. Change the URL and hit ‘Save’. After your next Social Ad order, we’ll send a new request to connect to that page from ‘Social Concierge’.

Ads are targeted to a narrow geographical radius around the property, typically about 1 to 3 miles, depending on the density of the population in the area.
If more people are living in an area, the tighter the targeting radius.
