  • How do I get started with an AutoMail campaign?
    Sign up or log into your account. Click on your profile page to add a payment method and/or make sure your billing and payment method are up to date. Then click on the AutoMail icon on the Start Page.Few readers
  • What is AutoMail?
    AutoMail is your one-stop-shop for automated mailings. AutoMail lets you schedule up to a year’s worth of monthly postcards mailed to any geographic area, neighborhood or mailing list you choose. Additionally, you can now set up client follow-up campaigns to keep in touch with previous clients. These postcards can be set up every month, every other month, or every three months (or at different intervals).   • Create your first AutoMail Farming campaign
    While in the AutoMail application: Select ‘Create New Campaign’ from the left menu or one of the various ‘Create New Campaign’ buttons. Choose a set of pre-designed campaign templates you wish to start with. If you wish - in Step 2, you may customize your campaign designs. If you are happy with the card designs, you can skip this step. Choose to whom you wish to send the campaign by selecting from your existing geographic areas or contact lists.     Premium cards pull dynamic data onto the cards. Retrieving this data results in a higher cost per card.Few readers
  • Cancel/Stop/Delete a Campaign or mail order (month) for an AutoMail campaign
    In the AutoMail application: Select "Campaign Management" on the left-side navigation. Select "Farming" or "Client Follow-Up". Select campaign name.  To cancel the whole campaign: Select the "End Campaign" button near the top right. This will delete the entire campaign. Note: Some accounts may not display the "End Campaign" button. Please contact our support team for assistance.   • Why is the lead information I received different from the postcard recipient’s info (name, address)?
    There are a few possibilities, the: Addressed recipient gave the postcard to someone they know. Intended recipient no longer lives at that address & the current resident responded to it. Homeowner doesn’t live there OR more than one person lives at that address and one of them used their information, which is different from the homeowner.Few readers
  • What is the price of AutoMail?
    There are no sign-up fees to get started with AutoMail (or any of our other products). Within AutoMail, most designs are $0.83 per card while the Premium cards are $0.89 per card. Additional customizing is free (swapping cards from other designs and/or uploading your own content).Few readers
  • How AutoMail Auto-Renew Works
    Auto-Renew is designed to save you time by keeping campaigns running in the background. Here is how it works: First you would make a campaign with Auto-Renew on in the last step. When we generate the last order in your campaign/Client Follow-Up, we duplicate the campaign that you made at the very beginning.   • Change Active Campaign Recipients (Farming)
    Selected geographic areas and contact lists can be managed from the AutoMail dashboard via the campaign Management interface.
