What happens when a prospect views a property?

The minute a recipient seeks more property details by scanning a QR code, texting in, or visiting the URL printed on your postcards, an email alert is sent to you. The email will include any available contact information for that responder/lead. You may access the same data by visiting your TriggerMarketing > Leads and Responses.

Upon receiving a responder/lead email alert, you may choose to do the following:

• Personally follow up with the contact to see if they have any immediate needs
• Invite the contact to the open house for the property in which they showed interest
• Encourage subscription to your email newsletter list or direct them to your Facebook, Twitter, or blog site
