You have a choice of First-Class Presort or Marketing Mail. Typical delivery time by the U.S. Postal Service on average for First-Class Presort is 5 to 8 business days and 8 to 14 business days for Marketing Mail.

Yes. You can request a confirmation card online when you place your original order. A confirmation card is an additional piece mailed to you at the same cost as others within your mailing.
Based on customer feedback, a copy of your marketing piece can be sent in the actual mailing. This means you will receive your marketing piece when everyone else on your list receives it. We receive a complete update of our national mailing list from our list provider every six weeks. Unfortunately, consumers will at times fail to update information sources who report to list compilers when there are life changes such as people being deceased, divorced or a move. Our list provider uses multiple data resources for address verification. For example: voter registration, vehicle registration, product registration, credit card reporting, tax records, surveys and many more. The "Do Not Mail List" feature lets you block certain addresses from your mailings. Just enter the address or addresses you wish to block, and they'll be automatically excluded from your future mailings. This feature only applies to mailings that utilize QuantumDigital's national mailing list. Yes. You can request a follow-up report online when you place your original order. Prices are $5 for the first 100 resident names and 2¢ for each resident over 100. The follow-up report will contain the names, addresses and phone numbers (when available) for each recipient of your mailing.Few readersWhy do some mailings get delivered with smudges/smears on them?
On occasion, mail pieces may arrive with some extraneous wear and tear due to the automated postal sorting equipment used by the USPS. Extraneous wear may appear as scuffing, black marks, print degradation, etc. This issue impacts a small percentage of mail pieces and is an issue among other mailers in the industry as well. We've reviewed industry print durability studies which show that this issue affects both offset and digitally printed pieces, with and without protective coatings applied.Few readersCan I use my photo and company logo on my mailings?
Yes. Our templates allow you to upload graphics such as digital photos and logos into the design. Files should meet the following specifications:
High-quality JPEG format
At least 300dpi resolution
If using a digital camera, select the highest quality setting
Do not scan photos from business cards, magazines, newspapers, color laser prints or inkjet prints. They usually contain dot patterns that conflict with our printing system. Yes. Our Personal Impact postcard designs automatically add the names of individual recipients on each card in your mailing. Our system will use names included on mailing lists selected for your order. Your personal lists or QuantumDigital's database of mailing addresses may be used for this type of order. Yes. If you have your own mailing list, you can upload it to our website with the PersonaLISTSM option and maintain it online for free.
The PersonaLIST option allows you to upload a spreadsheet of names and addresses stored on your computer for mailing. Your spreadsheet must be in one of these accepted formats: .XLS, .DBF, or .CSV. If you currently have your list in another format, you’ll need to convert it before uploading.
